It's my first time posting on this forum. Been lurking around for a while now. I completed c25k for the third time in June and have been going out for a run about 3 times a week since then.
I made the decision to embark on Ju-ju's plan 10 is the magic number for a new challenge. Last night I did the third run for week two 5k (did the 6k last Saturday) . The rains couldn't stop me.
Looking forward to week 3 and beyond. I am not a fast runner at all (I run at a snail's speed😁) but always glad to achieve my target distance.
Thank you all for your posts. They inspire and motivate all the time. Happy running Y'all.

The only time a run is bad is if you get injured. All the others, even if you struggle, don't complete, have to walk for a bit, are learning experiences, and extra miles under your belt. There's always a positive !
Hello and welcome Gerilicious! Snail pace is good! Less likely to get injured! My pace has gradually improved from snail to snake - a bit slow when cold but once warmed up a bit speedier! This will happen to you too! 😁 Enjoy your challenge 👍🏃🏃🏃
Hi Gerilicious we're alike in two ways - I have just done C25K for the second time and just completed W2 of ju-ju- 's plan - but if you're a snail, I'm a hare (albeit one with a bus pass). Never mind, as long as we both get to 10K all's right with the world
