I’m in Switzerland for a 2 week seminar. Very turgid but that’s because I’m running it!

It’s a beautiful setting near Lucerne and I managed a 20 minute jog at sparrowfart. The longest since coming off the IC.

Enjoy jogging in Switzerland beautiful scenery. Well done increasing time running while away on business. Impressed, the view of the lake must help.

You can’t NOT run around a lake, especially one as beautiful as Lucerne. Enjoy your running....🏃

Oh how beautiful...what a great way to ease back after the IC, you can take it nice and slow and enjoy the scenery :-) Enjoy!

I always maintain that the only way to stay awake during a long and poring speech/presentation is to be the person giving it.

Lovely place for it though...

Looks a bit cold and murky. A run is just the tonic for dull workaday stuff 😃👍🏃‍♂️

It is beautiful and very Swissly tidy. I did get strange looks from the good burgers (not the edible ones) as I jogged by in fluorescent gear at 7 am.

Hope it’s dry tomorrow morning.
