Well after doing a Pilates class on Monday both my hips have been painful ☹️☹️☹️and I decided that I wouldn’t run this week as my heel was also tender. However today was the perfect day for a run and I couldn’t resist the temptation. After a quiet morning and a light lunch I got ready and went off for a very short hot run (jog). It was 🥵 but I managed a 15 minute run before my heel started to remind me that it wasn’t happy. So far my hips have been ok but tonight will be the test for them. But my heel is now painful so I think rest is the answer and maybe no more Pilates for me ☹️☹️☹️ However a run is a run hopefully I’ve not done too much damage 🤞🤞🤞
Happy running to everyone who can 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️otherwise rest and heal well ❤️🩹

It'll go slow but I'll do it, having COVID in April didn't help training. I did 5k yesterday and felt as if I could do it again, mind you I'll rest after for a couple of days
I think it's easy to overdo it in exercise classes, which is why I tend to avoid them these days! Well done - hopefully you'll recover soon from these niggles.
