Hello I graduated last week on Cto5k having completed the 9 weeks of running exactly with the programme which I thought astonishing, not yet achieved the 5k but I am working towards this. I have now done 2 runs on the Cto5k stepping stones so building up my flex stretch and Stamina. This morning I tested myself a little more as I was completely on the flat ran for 35 minutes - huge confidence to now to run faster within the 30 Mins.
Also I am lucky enough to be running in Spain for the next 2 weeks - lovely
