I got gait analysis done and got me some new shoes..... and they are purple! My favourite colour, although the chap in the shop said that just the colour is not a good enough reason to buy running shoes, apparently it’s more to do with how my knees don’t knock together when I was wearing these!

They are Ghost 12. They feel lovely, but only had a couple of minutes on the treadmill in them! Looking forward to a proper test-drive tomorrow.
