Another run done. Struggled to get out of bed this morning having not slept well. However the gremlins were told not to bother me and out I got. New route helped me through it but was very slow. Never mind onwards and upwards W 4 here I come !!! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Thanks I’m really enjoying the plan I wish I’d found it earlier. I think because it’s on this forum rather than the C25K one I thought it was for more advanced runners. I’m just doing the timed runs at the moment not sure I’ll ever get to run 10 k. But never say never I suppose. Happy running 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️
