An unexpected pleasure

Today was always going to be a run day tomorrow family are back to stay while their house is being renovated and who knows how long that will take so I’ll be looking after a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old. So not sure when I will get out again as both are early risers (5 ish) and that’s when I would normally go for a run 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

So today was a lovely run well more of a jeffing run 🤣. But it was half an hour of pleasure although my ankle was making its presence felt for the last five minutes or so.

I’ll be keeping an eye on the forum and 🤞I might get out for a swift little run over the next few weeks.

Yes I was keen to get out this morning but you never know I might manage an evening run sometime 🤣🤣🤣
