10K - finally - I am beyond pleased

Well I finally went and did it. I’ve been a bit off plan this last few weeks, life’s been busy and I’ve not been on here much. BUT, I hadn’t giving up and finally this morning, on my own, not with club (though I did have coach Bennet there too in my ears), I got out there early and ran in the cool country air. I found it tough but kept plodding along. Super pleased. All Thanks to this fantastic forum and plan 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
