hi all I ran my first 10k last night in almost 23 degrees hot hot hot but hey I did it had a coiuple walk breaks but finished it not sure of official time yet but I reckon 1hr 17 sec happy enough with that as it was so hot.. does this mean I get a 10 graduation badge ?? celebration tonight hot tub party with lots of bubbly

thanks Oldfloss it didn't feel fast I just couldn't get going in that heat but happy enough and I wont be afraid to try another 10k.
