A healthy eating regime linked with your running and your non impact exercise on some of your rest days will pay dividends...but it will take time.
Losing weight may happen , or not...but if you carry on running, then your fitness levels will continue to improve
Lots of running, short runs, 30 minute runs and some longer runs... eat well, hydrate well and let it happen
Great stuff! You've surely done the hard bit.
I'd stop worrying about a PB for now and up your distances gradually - aim for a speedier short run, a 5k and a longer run (gradually increasing over time) a week. That along with healthy eating should see your 5k PB, your distance and your WEIGHT all improve over time.
And let us know how you are doing.
