I haven’t posted for ages as been steadily building back up following time on IC with knee problems. Packed my running kit for 2 weeks in SW France. First week did 4 runs about 30 mins, no headphones, no trackers just running on a path along the beach and in the pine forests at 7 in the morning before sun got too high, bit of a change from South London😀. Then the heat cranked up 🥵. So my only run this week before heading home, 50 mins so reckon that’s about 6.5k so very happy running in the rain, what a difference a day makes, this weather is a bit mad. So 10k still seems a way off but then so does January when I started. Enjoyed the au Naturelle running but will up the length on the streets when back. Always reading posts on here for guaranteed inspiration, thanks everyone and for anyone on the IC it’s true time is a good healer, and physio advice worth every penny.

Many thanks. The air is lovely and fresh 😀.
Great to be off that blimmin IC, and what a fantastic couple of weeks, it sounds wonderful. Hats off for getting out so early, I managed one 7am run this week and think I deserve a medal. Can't imagine doing it for 2 weeks 😰
