Ventured back to the gym this morning for the first time after a spell on the IC. Did the first run of week 3 C25K and really enjoyed the short bursts of running (6.5 minutes but hey it’s a start 😊).
So far so good-hopefully not long before I’m back to my 5-7.5km and building back up towards reaching 10km 😊

Well done Nellie257. This is almost identical to me. Only just venturing back after injury and taking it easy to build back up to that magical 10km. Best wishes with the journey.
