I am new here. My wife and I have just completed run 2 of C25K, so we are looking for further inspiration.

They are our mascots but don’t run with us, as there are too many scented diversions for their investigation. Good luck!

Well done for starting c25k. It’s the start of something good. The c25k forum will be best for you at this stage as you will find lots of people to virtually run with, and lots of good advice as you go along. Happy running.

Sorry, just realised you probably mean W 9 R2. Enjoy your graduation run and look out for the pinned post on what to do after graduation. It’s really important not to move on too fast after week 9

Thank you for all the very helpful tips. I guess i’m Not a superhuman as yet, but a consolidator

Yes consolidation is good. Then you can open a whole new world of running.

Hello, what lovely pups!

Good luck with your Graduation runs you have done brilliantly! 😊

Do check out the link that Dexy has given you about what to do next...there is so much more to come now that you can run for 30 minutes!

Welcome too to the Bridge forum, plenty of support and encouragement here as you continue with your running journeys as well as on the c25k site.

Good luck with Wk9 R3... the podium awaits....

😊xx

Congratulations on reaching the end of the C25K! If you need a new challenge, Ju-Ju’s magic 10K plan is a good one - I’m progressing through it at present and have to sat it really does work. Here is a link to the plan:

The administrators run a forum thread every few months when the plan is rolled out again for people to follow along together on here. “Roseabi” is currently overseeing the current plan on here - I’m sure she will post when they launch the next magic plan on here (the current one only has a few weeks left).

Good luck!

Welcome. Great thing to do together. Keep it up, and let us know how you’re doing. This forum is the reason I kept up the running, and made new friends. Parkrun is also good for both the above. Try one 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
