5k soon!

Hi all! Well today went to the Forest of Dean and ran all of 5k in 38 mins . I think it was ok an there were no hills,one slight incline towards railway (disused) but the rest flat yippee ! Shall do it again (and some hopefully )on Friday .

Hoping to get a good time for RFL a week Sunday !😄😄

Also Joy57 my RFL is on the perimeter of a race course so stoney in places with wood shavings so different there. However hope it will be ok. I'm hoping to get 37mins as there is a tenner riding on it from one of the anaesthetist's I work with ha! All for a great cause😄😄

Love the Forest of Dean... honeymooned in The Speech House... many, many years ago.. 44 years ago actually; it was very posh then. and nearly broke the bank!
