My shortest run since graduating C25K!!

I missed by usual Thursday 6k run this week, but did go out at lunchtime with the nice people from work. There were 4 of us today, and it was decided to run the shorter route that avoids muddy paths. I was a little disappointed that we didn't do either 5k or 30 minutes, but I did get some new PRs on Strava, and it was nice to get out of the office.

Next week I'll be in sunny Tenby, so hopefully I'll get to do some beach runs

I'm looking forward to it as the beach there is long, flat and very picturesque. Will be nice to have some fresh air for a change!

It is lovely by the sea, but I still haven't managed to get out and run. I did buy new running shoes today though
