Hello all, I’ve been a bit disconnected from my running this last couple of weeks. Just so busy and a lot going on at home. Anyway, we are away on Anglesey and I brought my running stuff and got my ass out of bed for a run this morning....in 42mph wind! 🙈 tricky is a word I would use. Lol

Anyway, I ran 10, 2 min walk and ran 10. Not bad really. Need to build back up again and will run again while I’m here. Lovely cycle path along the estuary, so scenic.

Well done you I also ran in 40 mph winds this morning it's like resistance training but we still did it 😊😊

Good to hear you're still running Madmo, some lovely places to run in Anglesey... I stayed there to watch my friend run up Snowdon...crazy fool.

I mean...run up Snowdon!!! They are crazy those fell runners!!!!!!

Been horse riding today...not ridden for 19 years but my daughter talked me into a “fast hack”. I was bloody petrified and got off after an hour. Not before it had galloped full speed ahead three times!
