I’ve been following Ju-Ju’s plan, today was supposed to be my second 9k run but I decided to try for 10 and see how I felt once I got to 9. I still had a bit left in the tank so went for the extra kilometre. I only started C25K 10 months ago having never run before so I’m absolutely delighted to make 10k.
I assume that it’s now about consolidation and to keep doing the 10k along with the sorter 4 and 5k runs for a while?

Congratulations e-beanz!🎉👍That first 10k really feels special! 😀 Yes after my first 10k I continued to run 10k most weeks together with a couple of 5ks (including one parkrun).
