Had a break of 10 days since the first 2 runs of Week 7, due to illness and holiday. So I was a bit trepidatious about running 9K again. Have to say it was a bit of a slog, and my legs felt rather heavy. But I did it! Looking forward to Week 8, I think! ππ¬
Hope fellow runners are enjoying the running. Thanks again for all support and encouragement. πππββοΈπββοΈ

Thank you so much! I nearly gave up half way through but just slowed down a bit. Felt great to complete it. Thought of all the VRBs on here and that spurred me on! Hope your running is going well. ππ
Many thanks JonathanP. I felt a bit slow today - not helped by being overtaken by a very tall guy loping along who soon disappeared into the distance! Mind you, his legs probably came up to my armpits, so he had a fantastic stride length. Maybe one day I will run a bit faster! Hope your running is going well. ππ
Thanks - working my way back to full fitness after being under the weather recently. Managed 7.8k on Weds, parkrun tomorrow and hoping for 10k next week if the lungs hold out! π
Thanks! I know what you mean - I felt very unconfident when I went out yesterday. Although I guess we should have faith that all the running we've done so far has laid some good foundations! Best of luck with the 9K - will be thinking of you. πππββοΈ
