Well Iβm very cross with this hot weather malarkey! Itβs messing up with my training schedule. It is now 32 and itβs likely to be that hot until 9 tonight. So no running again for me today.
I ran my 4K on the treadmill on Monday and that was really hard. I just want to get on with t running but I guess it will have to wait π
Forecast here is good for Friday evening so that is a date with my trainers!
Stay safe everyone x

Good point Al, I donβt know ..... π€ I know Iβd pick a different one to either of my 2 locals if they were on today. Theyβre too hilly in this heat - Iβd travel a bit further and visit my flat coastal one. π
Yes it's all a bit much at the moment isn't it.... I haven't run since Monday but provisionly planning to dust off the running shoes in morning, fingers crossed π
The break from running will be good for your legs! Rest is a form of training. ππ I am planning a lovely long run in the rain on Saturday morning and cannot wait! π
Oh that sounds idyllic Sadie. I donβt think we have any rain forecast for tomorrow. Iβd love some .... π¦π¦π¦ Enjoy being cool! ππββοΈ
I ran Wednesday which was hot I bought a tube of SiS Hydro Tablets they really work in this crazy weather not complaining it will soon be raining π they replace the things you loose when you sweat they definitely made a huge difference
Yes they are they just give you that more go in you they stop you feeling so exhausted and knackered I will definitely have them in my water more often π
Slightly fed up with the heat, can't get anything done, too hot to do anything even indoors let alone going for a run... l will not be sorry to see the end of it tomorrow, hopefully I will celebrate with a run π
