I finished c2k ages ago. I run on my own and I run about 7-10miles a week in 3xruns.
I don't seem to be able to motivate myself to run 5k each time. I have tried a few 10k apps to work towards but I need something that will keep me motivated, and push me. The apps just let me get on with it and I don't feel they help at all.
Can anyone recommend any apps? I am on an android.
Running groups aren't an option as I work shifts with a mix of days and nights etc.

Try Nike run club app. There are lots of guided runs and headspace runs. You don't get left on your own for more than a min or two. They even have an I don't want to run run!
It worked 5k completed. A few stops mind. He does talk too much mind. You don't need to hear negativity at the start of your run but I did it! Happy days. I will have to use him some more.
