This just dropped from Nike... £115. Not sure the pink soled version is me, but I need some new trail shoes!

Nice shoes UnfitNoMore, just a little word about your "100 push ups for a month challenge" despite it being my birthday today, between 6.30 and 6.57 this morning, just before breakfast I did 100 push ups, you will notice I took 27 minutes to do them rather than the 18 minutes, well it is my birthday so I did them every 3 minutes rather than the usual every 2 minutes.

Nevertheless, about 90 minutes after breakfast I ran the first of the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, so I have not spent my birthday not doing any exercise.

Happy birthday and very well done. Mine was yesterday and I got a nice short run in before the inevitable too much food and drink. Hoping hydration is back up for parkrun tomorrow.

Cake or shoes, the cake only lasts for at the most two days whereas the shoes could be two years or more, a few suggestions that I should buy proper running shoes as I am now doing the Stepping stone podcasts with Laura, well I bought two pairs of good trainers last week, however, the 18th June marks exactly a year since I graduated from C25K, I may go for a gait analysis and buy recommended shoes as a result of the analysis. 😊.
