Muddied trail shoes

Hooray! I'd done a few shorter road runs in my trail shies and I finally got to use them for what I hoped to - parkrun tourism.

Thanks to the organisers of Banbury parkrun! 3x circuits mostly on tarmac paths but with muddy puddles and a little off-track loop..

This Saturday a good number of us VRBs are meeting up at Stafford parkrun.

If anyone who follows me wants to or can do, you're welcome to join us!

Oh I’d so love to join you all and oldfloss. But I have a stinking cold, am volunteering at Parkrun on Saturday and flying to USA on Monday. However, I shall be with you in spirit. So glad you, Tailchaser and the kittens will be there. Have fun. 🤧😺🦆🐈🐈🦋🐌
