Looks similar to the fartlek podcast except I didn’t have the planks. Looks pretty horrendous. Have fun 😬

Yeah... I can do 3 minutes low, and almost 2 in high plank. Not sure it’s the ability or the boredom keeping me at 3 low!

I don’t think I’ve ever been described as normal 😂

I downloaded the Nike running app and it's all set up to go when I get bored of what I'm doing, but I think all my paces are the same...!?

I think it would still be a tough workout... I haven’t done any fartleks yet but I’ve been doing a couple of paces... “this is nice” and “oh my god” are the voices in my head for all the ones I’ve got 😂

So we could te-name them:

1mile = OMG

5km = if I run a bit faster I'll get home sooner

10km = this is nice

Not done it yet... trying to work out when I can substitute it into my plan! I have a speed session scheduled next week, so that is looking favourite... but i need dry weather really.

Mine are not trail. I reckon (probably wrongly) that with the amount of mud, neither shoe is ideal and that I probably would be better with wellies...

There’s also cross country spikes... I don’t have any of them either... this could get expensive 😂

well I did wonder about putting my crampons. Gosh I think I run with spikes when I was a kid, I've got a sudden flash back!

I still have my track spikes... of course there’s no track for 6 miles so they won’t be getting too much wear.
