This week’s guided run... different paced intervals with added planking breaks... nuts... I need to run it!

Nike crank it up a notch
Seriously, you are bonkers! 😂😍
Looks similar to the fartlek podcast except I didn’t have the planks. Looks pretty horrendous. Have fun 😬
Doesn’t it just! I like planking, I like running... never thought of trying them in the same workout.
You like planking? I thought you were a normal person, now revising my opinion... 😊
Yeah... I can do 3 minutes low, and almost 2 in high plank. Not sure it’s the ability or the boredom keeping me at 3 low!
I don’t think I’ve ever been described as normal 😂
Tbh normal is quite boring. You must have abs of steel! I think I can do 20s but saying that, not tried in a while...
Plank jumping jacks?
😲😲😲😲
I think that one’s gonna hurt... I’m kind of assuming it’s in high plank 😂
I have liked your post, but I can’t say I’m tempted!! 😂😂😂! But, I’ll give it to you, you do make it sound very exciting!! 😉 Just not exciting enough for me to do it!! 🤨 Look forward to hearing all about it though! Go you!! 🤩🤩🤩❤️
Thanks goodness I am on my wind-down week before my HM.. otherwise I would just have to do this
Aha! Incorporating core strength exercise with running
That's one way to find time to do both!
😸 Katnap 😸
I downloaded the Nike running app and it's all set up to go when I get bored of what I'm doing, but I think all my paces are the same...!?
I think it would still be a tough workout... I haven’t done any fartleks yet but I’ve been doing a couple of paces... “this is nice” and “oh my god” are the voices in my head for all the ones I’ve got 😂
Have you survived?
Not done it yet... trying to work out when I can substitute it into my plan! I have a speed session scheduled next week, so that is looking favourite... but i need dry weather really.
right, well you could be waiting a while then It was so muddy for me today...
I’m running tarmac paths at the moment... I need to buy some trail shoes!!!
Mine are not trail. I reckon (probably wrongly) that with the amount of mud, neither shoe is ideal and that I probably would be better with wellies...
There’s also cross country spikes... I don’t have any of them either... this could get expensive 😂
