There was something about it - a coolness but not too cool, just the right amount of moisture in it, smells of greenery and evening scented plants in air. Just a perfect summer evening for a run!

Oh, you’ve just conjured up a lovely image of an evening run 😊. It sounds so lovely I almost want to head out myself except I’ve just got into my pjs and am contemplating climbing into bed after a busy day in the garden. I shall dream of an evening run instead 🛏 😴 💤 💭 🏃🏼‍♀️

Sounds wonderful. I think evenings are the best time of day for running, especially at this time of year. Anyone who hasn't tried this yet needs to experience it at least once, particularly if there's moonlight. Can't beat it!
