Hello Jay, Glossy, Paul, Mollydex and any other Manchester 10K runners today! Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did! Super proud of finishing in 1hr 17mins. What an atmosphere! I didn’t realise it was Europe’s biggest 10K 😳

My first (official) 10k and I hope the first of many.

Who’d have thought it a year ago....?!!

Congratulations on completing the Manchester 10K, well done, I was watching it on the TV, enormous and amazing amount of people taking part, no wonder it's the largest 10K in Europe.
