So today was the big day and despite a random hip injury on Tuesday I managed to run the whole 10k. I’m so chuffed with myself!! All thanks to JuJu’s brilliant plan. I may have been a 🐌 but I’m pleased with my one hour 18. Who would have thought at the start of c25k I could ever run non-stop for that long?!?!?! I struggled with 60 seconds to start with.

I am booking up for another 10k soon to keep the momentum going.

Congratulations on completing the Manchester 10K, I watched it on TV, it looked really amazing, even more amazing taking part, not just being a spectator, well done,

Brilliant Glossy!! I’m feeling the same as you.... incredulous that this time last year I was just about in week 8 of C25K.

We’ve done brilliantly.

Feeling so happy and proud!

Enjoy the moment.

Congratulations! What a nice medal too.

I originally had plans to go into Mancs today but cancelled because of the run... it looked utter chaos but exhilarating to run in I bet?

Really good to run it. Despite the masses it is very well organised!
