So today was the big day and despite a random hip injury on Tuesday I managed to run the whole 10k. Iβm so chuffed with myself!! All thanks to JuJuβs brilliant plan. I may have been a π but Iβm pleased with my one hour 18. Who would have thought at the start of c25k I could ever run non-stop for that long?!?!?! I struggled with 60 seconds to start with.
I am booking up for another 10k soon to keep the momentum going.

Congratulations on completing the Manchester 10K, I watched it on TV, it looked really amazing, even more amazing taking part, not just being a spectator, well done,
Congratulations Glossy, youβve done brilliantly. The first official race is so special, wear that bling with pride. 1hr 18 is nothing to be sniffed at. π πββοΈππ
Woohoo Glossy, what an achievement! π The bling was well deserved and Iβm so glad you had a good time! Hereβs to your next one! ππββοΈππ
