Nice recovery run

After my 8k on Sunday I had a lovely 4K run today with a new PB in one of the segments. The weather was slightly warmer, no real breeze, and I had a great run. I thought I’d set off too fast but just seemed to settle into a steady trot fairly quickly.

I’d intended to just plod around and just loosen up but could not seem to rein myself in. I know some of you are much speedier than me but it felt so good to finally feel like I was getting closer to how I was last summer pre-injury.

Roll on more feel good runs 😃👌👍
