I haven’t managed to get out for a run for a couple of weeks 😕 Every morning when I woke up ready to go I felt a bit of a twinge so I decided to be sensible and give my Achilles more time. Today was the first morning I went downstairs without a hobble and as it was so beautiful I thought “today’s the day” for a comeback. A very gentle run without a plan just to see how it felt. As you can see from the pics I had the best part of the day! 😎

Stretches done and ankle is feeling good 🤞🏼I can finally get back on the plan over the next few weeks - and that summer arrives!

thank you, I m going to play it by ear and take everything very slowly. It was starting to feel OK again before, but maybe I extended myself too much too quickly without realising. I’ll be glad just to do 20 mins right now. Steady and slow …
