Hi everyone, i wonder if you could help me? Im a bit of a technophobe. I am 2 weeks of graduating from couch to 5 k and really enjoying it. I want to progress from running from 30 mins to 60 but the same way where you hear laura telling u when to walk and run etc. Is there an app? Many thanks kerry

Congratulations on almost completing C25K, not long now until you graduate.
No, there is no C210K app but after you graduate and run some 30 minute consolidation runs you can go onto the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura, there are 3, the first is a 35 minutes pace run, the second lasts for about 16 minutes and is a +5C25K speed podcast varying from 150 to 165 steps a minute. The third +C25K podcast is for stamina and lasts 35 minutes, it consists of 10 minutes of running at 158 steps a minute, 20 minutes of 160 and finally five minutes of 165 steps a minute, I ran those three runs over the last 10 days.
After that you can do the Bridge 210K podcasts if you want to run a 10K.
Congratulations on graduating! For now I would do 4 weeks of 3x30’ runs and you can use week 9 of the app. It’s really good to consolidate before increasing the time and distance.
