Just wondered if you can you start Ju-Ju’s plan at anytime ? If so I may join you and try this...
Yes it’s a rolling programme and people are at different stages. You can look at pinned posts to find the video of the week you are doing, but post your progress in the current week . Roseabi sends a post every week and we all reply to it wherever we are in the programme.
Hi. Well done. The plan is usually recommended after graduation at C25K, and you've done a few consolidation 5ks. Good luck
My tip would be to do the recommended 3 weeks consolidation of 30 minute running before moving on to the magic plan. Increasing to being happy running 5k. But only you know what fitness level you were at before c25k and how much running experience you already had.
Yeah, the plan gets formally restarted every 10 weeks or so, with a new thread each week for people to discuss their progress. The current one is on week 4, and the latest thread is here:

But there are no rules, you can jump on board and do week 1 whenever you like, just as you can do the 3 runs in any order you like - lots of people use a Parkrun for the 5k run which features every week.
