Better late than never π. Only got out twice last week so really needed to do run 3 which is the 5k for me so I made myself go after the school run despite the heat. Did the stamina podcast and really enjoyed it, itβs slow enough to cope with in this heat but motivating enough to keep me moving. Paused at 1k to take this picture of the lovely marina lake which I pass on the way to the beach. Also paused at 2.5k when I passed a leisure centre and went in for a quick drink of water and to wet my cap then went on my merry way again. Feeling good for week 3, will be even better if I can get up early and go before school!

Oh wow , brilliant. Lovely picture too. I shall be with you because I am spreading my JuJu plan out a bit and saying , 'that's Ok, that's best for me and lets keep going by being steady'.
Basically I feel best ( have time for stretches etc) running on Mondays and Thursdays and if I feel alright, run on a Saturday then start again , but if I don't then I push on half a week to do run 3 on the next Monday . It'll all come together somehow! Feeling good for week 3 too!
Wow! It does look lovely .. I canβt wait to get back to it but I know not to rush. I just keep looking at everyoneβs lovely pics and envying you all.

Thanks Lou, itβs just gorgeous out there but very hot π. Youβre right though, donβt rush things, also by the time youβre back out there it may have cooled down somewhat!
