Good for you LisaMc2, the whole idea from C25K to marathon runs is to enjoy the running?
When I began C25K last year it was really for excersise and enjoyment, not a goal to run a marathon in a year or two's time.
I graduated from C25K on June last year, ran my first parkrun in July this year and just this week became a Graduate10 when I ran my first 10k last Wednesday.
I am glad that you are very proud that you are running every week, as far as 10K, you could follow JuJus Bridge to 10K plan or like me run 1 Kilometre more a week until you get to 10k. 😊 🏃
Be very proud. The vast majority of people will never run which is a shame because we know the enormous benefits it brings 🙂
Routine is critical so keep doing what you're doing!
Well done. I’ve had a good first week of Ju Ju’s magic plan. I’ve been really motivated to get back into it after a couple of so so weeks where I really could have just given up! Keep going, we will get to 10k 👍
