I meant to post this before but forgot until I saw Coddfish s recent post. We went to cheer my daughter in her first HM in London last month.

Mo is literally flying !!!!!! Blink and you miss him!

Oh my word, you can sense his speed from the photo - that long stride! 😍😍😍

How exciting for your daughter racing “against” Mo! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Wow! Look at his form! So upright! Must have been very exciting to see him, kudos for managing to even catch a photo!

He is so fast he beat the crowds! I had a front row stretch all to myself! Brilliant.

That is a great shot of Sir Mo.

I’m beginning to think that what I do is not running 🤔

😂.......in my head that’s exactly what I look like......the reality is sadly very, very different 🤪🤦‍♀️........but hey, it’s fun to keep trying, isn’t it? 😂

Great photo, I did the same HM last year and as we were waiting in our starter pen he was just coming up to the Halfway mark on the other side, there was a real buzz as he went past.

We were at mile four by mistake and thinking maybe we head for mile two...... then I realised the Elites would pass us any minute. It was a Monus Bonus!

Wonder how long it would take Mo to run at your local Parkrun on a Saturday morning, he probably would run it in around 13 minutes.

Probably. The all time UK parkrun course record (Andrew Baddeley at Bushy Park) is 13:48. Alistair Brownlee the triathlete used to hold the record for one of the Yorkshire parkruns, but I think someone has beaten it.

Anyone who can run a parkrun sub 15 minutes is world class.

You can also really get the sense of how light on their feet fast runners are

I think I need his shoes to go with my day glow top. Also what are his arm things, I think I need them too.

Such elegant running from both of them!
