I was out this morning so decided as soon as I got back I'd go and do my Magic 10 week 3 40minute run. Got my BBc Sounds set up downloaded The Strange Death of Innes Ewart, got changed and went to the car. Got in and then decided just to take a quick peek at My Magic 10 Plan on the fridge. Haha - sooo glad I did. This was my *30* minute run - whoop whoop.

I swear my toxic 10 is actually toxic twenty 😅

Anyway DONE and DUSTED!
