5k at the weekend, planks, squats and now a nifty 3k with intervals. roseabi what are you doing to me! First time that I've tried intervals and found it hard - but I guess that's the idea. Just a long slow 6k to close this week out now.

6k coming up and then I am due to have my second crack at intervals. First try was at best a qualified success (otherwise known as abject failure!) but who cares...I am sure that just trying is doing us good....maybe😊
No such thing as failure on here! I did 5 reps of the 30 20 10 intervals. My fourth sprint was a slow run and my fifth sprint was more of a jog! As you say, hopefully doing us good!!
I think I was more very slow, slow and then not so slow! Will stick at it though. Regardless of speed achieved, I am sure it will be good for overall fitness.
