Acoording to Strava Steve that is . Bit of a problem with my GPS (or maybe user error when cramming my phone into my pocket) and rather than calculating the distance along the S-bend in the river I ran, he decided to just cut across from the start to the end.
Lo, and verily I ran upon the water. I would be more impressed if I could turn water into wine...
Completely messed up my distance so I guessed when I had done 6K (measured on google afterwards & was 5.94 so near enough!).
Happy week 2 everyone (is anyone else finding the squats to be totally sneaky horrors? Thought I was fine on Monday, still sore in Wednesday, ouch!)

Well done on your 6k. I couldn’t understand why I felt like someone had their hands round the top of my thighs on Tuesday (I can assure you they didn’t ☺️) Then I realised it was the squats! So I hope that means I’m doing them right (as opposed to my plank which remains pathetic).
Yes know what you mean, I do squats with a weight bar across my shoulders on my circuits days, I now have stopped running the day after, just go walking, ‘I feel your pain’ 🤣
Haha. I’ve had that GPS issue too! I ran 10k along a tow path on Boxing Day and apparently I was up in the woods one minute, down in the river the next! I used Garmin and MMR to double check the distance though, and ran until they both registered 10k (about 0.10k different).
And yes squats are haaaard. Worse than planks in my opinion. 😫😫
