I have been doing consolidation and a longer run for a few weeks now. My last long one was 8.8k so I was determined to get the 10k today. I dont have much tech..only Strava so I actually ended up doing 11.7k to make sure. Lovely running day..not too hot..sun not out and a cool breeze..perfect! Happy rest of the day everyone whatever you are up to :)..oohh please could I have my graduation badge..thank you very much
