Good morning all! I told myself today was a 10k day and 10k it was. I actually felt like doing it too, which doesnβt always happen, so off I went. It was chilly to start out but I soon warmed up, and I think my leg strength at the gym is starting to pay off very slightly as I felt pretty good for the most part. Not at work today, so itβs nice to give running my full attention and not have to just squeeze it in. Have done my stretching and now for caffeine! Happy running everyone. ππββοΈπββοΈπ

Well done Frenc - a lovely 10k by the sound of it. Strong legs and ankles definitely help although going to the gym is not for me. I do try and do some work on them when I remember.
Congratulations on that runπ π π. I've started to do some outdoor gym work and I'm finding it tough going. What sadist invented the Burpee? I'm now starting to think of my running days as rest days!
