Little shark.

I down loaded more recent songs to run to. I added to my library little shark for my granddaughter (aged5)as she really likes it. It was not supposed to appear in my play list. Bit of a surprise at 8 k to be running to a song about mum, dad, grandma and granddad shark. Thankfully it was soon over , last bit of run lasted considerably longer. Very niggley calf muscle. I have a sports massage voucher as a gift. Might need to use it.

Missed you last weekend. I will look after my limbs. I just need to keep well so I can run

Gets a bit addictive

I’m good. Sorry I didn’t make the parkrun. But I did do a 10 mile run as penance!

Good 🏃 run for you Runningroni, you should have put that music about a baby shark 🦈 on a loop/repeat and it would have made you run even faster, the quicker you finish the quicker the music stops. 😊

No way. It starts like jaws and then goes all chipmunk. You would throw in the towel and go home if you had to listen to that for long.

I know it would drive anyone over the age of 4 nuts listening to the Chipmonks or Pinky and Perky for any longer that 2 minutes, same goes for that baby shark music.

Haha “baby shark”. I’m currently redoing B210k and there is a recurring track with a basic beat that I quite like but every now and then there’s a little burst of vocals where they say “ Little bunny rabbits”. Always makes me chuckle

Haha, baby shark! I'm glad someone else's playlist plays tricks on them! :)

Big fish, little fish swimming in the water...

Trying to get eldest kitten to Run With Zombies. I have no idea if there are any zombie families involved.

We heard this for the first time at a Navy pantomime. It seemed that everyone knew it apart from us. Did you do the actions as you ran?

Oh heavens, Baby Shark! Now it’s an ear worm! Maybe if you run faster it will be over quicker ......: ? 😅😅

I have recently bought a Shark ( there are other makes) vacuum and I get that ear worm as soon as I think about using it! Loving the vacuum though 👍🏻

Oh no! Used to be my granddaughter's favourite! Thankfully we have got her on to 'she'll be running round the mountain when she comes'😀

Roni that’s quite a trauma!!! I hope you ears have recovered and that song didn’t stick in your head for too long 😂🦈🦈. Hope that calf settles soon for you.

I have always had a bit of a problem with my left calf. It has never stopped a run thus far but as I increase distance I am struggling to run it off. I hope a massage will sort it. Baby shark still in the head.

How are you doing on that training program. I just want to run 10 again and struggling. Lighter nights might help.

Do not let baby shark in to your head.

If you're doing 8 now sounds like you're well on your way to 10 again, slow n steady 😊 I've been out of action for over a week now with a cold/cough/throat bug 😫 Every time I think it's clearing... it's not! Keep at it, you're doing great!👊🏃‍♀️🦋

Sorry to hear you are feeling peeky

I think long winters drain the immune system and illnesses at this time take some shaking off. Look after yourself and hope to read your forthcoming posts on the training regime soon.

Is there any other way than slow and steady. Unlikely to morph I to a gazelle or being northern a whippet, anytime soon, correction, ever.
