A little happy dance

β€’5 Replies

My second run this week, the first on Tuesday was 30 minutes & 4.5k today I did a 35 minute run and covered 5.34k. I recorded a personal best of 32.48 minutes for the 5k.

I'm not running to break records, I'm running because I enjoy it but it was nice to see that little bit of improvement.

Looking forward to Sunday and a 45 minute run.
