I’ve not appriciated how much running does for my head until this morning.

25 minutes on the treadmill, a new quickest km and my vo2 max has improved (now at 42 - good).

I feel like a new woman, been really struggling with my Body Dysmorphia and anxiety for the past 10 days and now I honestly feel brilliant.

This running stuff works

Well done on your run, Becky. It can be tough getting back after a while off but the benefits are so worth it and I'm really glad you feel so positive now.😀 I really missed running when I was ill this winter and definately noticed a sneaky return of my anxiety when I wasn't out there putting in the miles! 🙂🏃🏽‍♀️

I have read that most runners run for their heads rather than their bodies, but you're right, the benefits are huge.
