So I did 5.5k much to my surprise and joy too π Was a very π pace, but never mind....ππππ snails are o.k. Gardeners might feel differently!
Running into the wind was interesting, running with the wind behind me was a tad scary, at one stage the wind was very much lifting my feet...still this π went a little faster for a few seconds π¬
Happy running everyone, keep safe ππ»

Well done Gran4z. Iβm not a fan of the wind I must say, so extra kudos for you getting out. I have to admit I havenβt had a very good running week with one thing and another - and I have new trainers to try! Next week should be back to normal, and hopefully less windy! Happy running to you. πββοΈπββοΈ
New trainers - enjoy lots. I too have new trainers, they are a dream...so comfortable, supportive and all that, love 'em Enjoy loads. When I went out I was thinking that it wasn't too windy - proved wrong. But such is life! Enjoy the shoes when you get to take them out for a spin. Happy running
Thanks, itβll either be tomorrow or Sunday, depending on the weather. Iβm volunteering at parkrun and might have a trot around the course afterwards if Iβm not frozen solid or blown away! πββοΈπββοΈ
Yay Gran4z πππΌββοΈβ€οΈ. Week 1 done. Thatβs brilliant as weather is just awful too. Think I will rename you Braverunner to run in that wind today.
