After half an hour in the dental hygienist's chair, it was so good to just get out and run and run and run 😂. So that's the second 8K in the bag 🌞.
It was a glorious morning, the sun was shining, the sea looked fab. Altogether, a lovely day. So glad I started out running nearly a year ago now, just makes me feel glad to be alive, and so much fitter and generally healthier than I've ever been - but I do get tired too 🙃.
