My gentle rehab has done me well, and today did day 1 of the above. Got thoroughly soaked, the wind driving the rain straight at me, and my shoes filling up too, but it was so good to be running again.
Also brought to mind the old adage 'No pain, no gain', but in this case, if there's pain - stop! Assess the situation! There is no gain if there is pain π¬
Thanks, it was so good. Plan is JuJu's Magic10...run 1, week 1 done! I've been doing C25K runs to ease my way back into running after a week's rest. π»
