It might have taken 9 days instead of a week - silly work for being so busy! - but I’ve finished week 1 of Ju-Jus plan this morning with a nice gentle 5k. It was one of those runs where I could have just plodded along forever, which I know meant I had my pace exactly right for a change.
I have quite an intense few days now; with friends and my sister staying over, so although i am aiming to complete week 2 next week, if a run slips and it takes me 9 days I won’t beat myself up. I’m planning on doing the 5k on Tuesday after work, 6k on my day off Thursday and then squeezing in the 3k around my all weekend marketing class (joy).
Happy running xxx

Well done Becky! My intention was to follow Ju-Ju’s plan too and to not deviate from it however that hasn’t happened due to work, kids etc. I’m doing it more informally but progressing in the right direction. Keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏻☺️
Thanks Ally! That sounds good to me - it's important that running fits in around other things as well, someone on this forum told me that during C25K and I've never forgotten it! As long as you're going forward, that's all that matters!
Brilliant Becky, well done! That’s the beauty of ju-ju- ‘s plan, we can fit it around our lives and the runs can be done in any order, and we can take more or less time, whatever suits us! 👍🏃♀️😀
Well done Becky! As above, so long as they're getting done and we're ticking them off then happy days 🤗 You're doing really well, best of luck with W2 😊👊🦋
Brilliant Becky!! Sounds like a great run! When you know you can run on but decide to stop, you know you’re in a good place!! And ready for more!! Well done!! 😁😁❤️
