Week 1 of the 10k plan - 2.5k

I’ve got a hugely busy week at work this week with deadlines so today I cautiously headed to the gym to get the 2.5k out the way (nice and slowly!), and do some strength training.

It’s lovely how running even 2.5k can totally clear your head - and means I only have a 5k to do before next Saturday, which I can easily fit in after work one night 🥰.

Happy running all

X

Yay nice work well done 😎

Well done Becky. Running is great for clearing your head, as you say, and the longer runs will get you into a rhythm that makes you feel good for the rest of the day x
