Magic plan run 1 week 1

I'm probably a bit behind everyone else, just done run 1 week 1, the 2.5k run. I'd programmed a 30:20:10 interval session on the Garmin app but couldn't work out how to play it on the watch... maybe I can't 🤷‍♀️ so resorted to the speed session from the + podcast series with a couple of minutes extra on the end to make it up to the 2.5k. My plan is to do all the 5k's at parkrun, the long run on a Monday evening and the short run on a Wednesday evening. Feeling better now I've got started 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Good for you Mum22 boys, I am doing about the same as you, last Sunday I ran for 15 minutes, did a short run on Monday, this morning I ran for 35 minutes, so I hope to do the 5K at parkrun this Saturday, a short run next Monday and I notice the next longer run is 39 minutes, so I'll do that next Wednesday. 😊 🏃🏾

You need to send the workout to your watch by pressing the rectangular icon to the left of the three dots icon, top right of the Garmin Connect app.

Then you will find it on your watch by pressing run; menu; training; my workouts.

Thanks ktsok but seems like it's not a compatible feature of the forerunner 35 🤷‍♀️
