First run back today after 5 weeks following a really bad bout of flu. Was enjoying 5k level prior to that but decided to restart at week 6 of C25k . Went ok and need to be patient! Any advice welcome!

it's good you're back on your feet! i've found the body remembers better than we think! i would do this: start off with a 20mins target but if you see you're on a roll, just keep going up to 30mins. and build from there to reach your 5k again.
