Actually a lovely run in near-perfect conditions, 5k in 24β58β according to Garmin π but unfortunately it thinks the course is 5040m, and 6 secs for those 40m meant I stopped the watch at 25β04β grr grr π
And a PB for Dexy, whoop whoop ππ₯ππ½ββοΈ

I know that 0.4 seconds is grrr, a bit like a runner doing a 5K in 30.04, a bit flustrating, great time for Dexy. π I have already wished you and Dexy a happy new year, enjoy your runs in 2019. π π
Thanks Al. 25' for 5k is the time I used (say 5 years ago) to be able to knock off pretty much routinely on coming back after not running for a while. Now it is my bogey time - while I can still achieve it occasionally, I can tell myself I'm not getting old β¦.. . I wasn't old just before Christmas, and I was positively youthful (i.e. sub 24) once in September - we'll just have to see what the New Year brings !
You are a super star in my mind! Well done you! ππ»ππ»ππ»π New Year's Day after a late night and Christmas season food. Amazing! π
