Hello and Merry Christmas!

This is my first post in the the bridge to 10K forum, I graduated C25K at the end of November and have continued to run every second day since increasing the leangth of my run each time. Today on Christmas morning I completed my longest run yet, 60minutes covering 8.5km. While my pace is still not great I am very happy that my lard ass can even move. 10km will be broken before end of 2018.

Hope you all have a wonderful day and manage to squeeze a run in. It really is a great way to start the day.
